To download the Quinyx App, go to AppStore or Google Play and search for Quinyx. Download the app called "Quinyx Mobile".

Use your SalonUltimate log in information (email and password) to sign in

• Please click on ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password through SalonUltimate


• To change your email, please ask your manager to change this in SalonUltimate for you.

Please make sure to clear any filters, or edit your filter selections by clicking the funnel at the top right of the page. Then select the checkmark based on what you want to see, or clear your filters by clicking ‘Reset filter’ at the bottom of the page.

• You can access the Quinyx website on your computer at web.quinyx.com


• Use your SalonUltimate log in information (email and password) to sign in

• Please make sure to clear any filters by clicking the funnel icon in the top right and then clicking the funnel with an x icon.

• On the People page, click the Team Member name. Go to the Agreements tab, then select ‘Add new agreement’. Click the desired new agreement template, click save. Check ‘MAIN AGREEMENT’ for the agreement template, and click save. Then click back into the Team Member agreement page, select the old agreement template, scroll down to the bottom and select delete.


• The new agreement template must be selected as the ‘Main agreement’ and saved before you can delete the old one.

Please make sure that

• 1. The Team Member has an agreement template assigned to them, and


• 2. the Team Member has the correct skill required for that shift type.
